Join the Oroville City Council as they consider forming Oro Verde, a municipal public utility focused on serving local industry and strengthening energy resiliency. The proposal establishes a City-owned utility and outlines a partnership in which BREI funds renewable generation and transmission assets that would be transferred to the City upon completion.
