The City of Oroville Planning Division has issued a public notice inviting comments on a proposal for approximately 100 acres of utility‑scale solar panels near 3000 7th Avenue & vicinity and 5512 Baggett Marysville Rd. The notice lists Tubit Enterprises, Inc. as the applicant‑of‑record (Case UP25‑12). Comments are requested by Wednesday, August 27, 2025, and the public hearing is scheduled on or after Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at City Council Chambers, 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville, CA.
